BYLAW 24-13 – USE OF FLASHING GREEN LIGHTS BY MUNICIPAL FIREFIGHTERS

• Recommendation:

  THAT the County of Vermilion River Policy and Priorities Committee recommend that the County of Vermilion River approve Bylaw 24-13, being a bylaw for the purpose of allowing municipal firefighters to use flashing green lights while responding to emergencies.

BYLAW 24-14 – BYLAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER POWERS AND DUTIES BYLAW

• Recommendation:

  THAT the County of Vermilion River Policy and Priorities Committee recommend that the County of Vermilion River approve Bylaw 24-14, being a bylaw to establish the powers and duties of Bylaw Enforcement Officers.
