CALL TO ORDER

Chief Administrative Officer Rhonda King called the October 23, 2018 Organizational Meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. with all members in attendance except Councillor J. Stelmaschuk.

2.

ELECTION OF REEVE

Chief Administrative Officer R. King called for nominations for the Office of Reeve.

Chief Administrative Officer R. King called a second time for nominations for the Office of Reeve.  

Councillor S. Hryciuk nominated Councillor D. Swyripa for Reeve. 

Chief Administrative Officer R. King called a third time for nominations for the Office of Reeve. 

Councillor Dale Swyripa was declared Reeve for 2018-2019 by acclamation.

ELECTION OF DEPUTY REEVE

Reeve D. Swyripa called for nominations for the Office of Deputy Reeve.

Reeve D. Swyripa called a second time for nominations for the Office of Deputy Reeve.  

Councillor L. Cusack nominated Councillor s. Hryciuk for Deputy Reeve. 

Reeve D. Swyripa called a third time for nominations for the Office of Deputy Reeve. 

Councillor Jason Stelmaschuk joined the October 23, 2018 Organizational Meeting at 8:32 a.m.

Councillor S. Hryciuk was declared Deputy Reeve for 2018-2019 by acclamation.

ESTABLISHMENT OF REGULAR MEETING DATES

2019 REGULAR COUNCIL AND POLICY AND PRIORITY COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE

  THAT the County of Vermilion River approve the 2019 Council and Committee Meeting Schedule as presented.

ESTABLISHMENT OF MEMBERSHIPS ON COMMITTEES, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, ETC.

  THAT the County of Vermilion River defer the 2019 List of Council Committees and Members to the November 13, 2018 Regular Council Meeting for review and approval.
