CALL TO ORDER
 

Chief Administrative Officer H. Northcott called the October 22nd, 2019 Organizational Meeting to order at 8:42 a.m. with all members in attendance.

2.
ELECTION OF REEVE
 

Chief Administrative Officer H. Northcott called for nominations for the Office of Reeve.

Councillor S. Hryciuk nominated Councillor D. Swyripa for the Office of Reeve. Councillor D. Swyripa accepted the nomination. 

Chief Administrative Officer H. Northcott called a second time for nominations for the Office of Reeve.

Councillor D. Swyripa nominated Councillor S. Hryciuk for the Office of Reeve. Councillor S. Hryciuk declined the nomination. 

Chief Administrative Officer H. Northcott called a third and final time for nominations for the Office of Reeve.

    THAT nominations for the Office of Reeve cease.

Councillor D. Swyripa was declared Reeve for 2019-2020 by acclamation.

Councillor D. Swyripa took his Oath of Office as the Reeve of the County of Vermilion River.

ELECTION OF DEPUTY REEVE
 

Reeve D. Swyripa called for nominations for the Office of Deputy Reeve.

Councillor L. Wolgien nominated Councillor S. Hryciuk for the Office of Deputy Reeve. Councillor S. Hryciuk accepted the nomination. 

Reeve D. Swyripa called a second time for nominations for the Office of Deputy Reeve.

Reeve D. Swyripa called a third and final time for nominations for the Office of Deputy Reeve.
