CALL TO ORDER

Reeve D. Swyripa called the October 22nd, 2019 Regular Council Meeting to order at 9:10 a.m. with all members in attendance.

  THAT the County of Vermilion River appoint any active Natural Gas Utility customers in good standing, as members of our utility, to vote as Delegates of the County of Vermilion River at Federation of Alberta Gas Co-ops Zone Meetings, up to our maximum allowed 15 voting delegates at any given meeting.

APPOINTMENTS

John Grove and Megan Dorose on behalf of AltaLink joined the October 22nd, 2019 Regular Council Meeting and introductions were made. J. Grove and M. Dorose provided Council with a PowerPoint presentation on one of their upcoming projects which will pass through a small portion of the County of Vermilion River's jurisdiction. J. Grove and M. Dorose left the October 22nd, 2019 Regular Council Meeting at 11:26 a.m.

Councillor C. Murray reported on his attendance at the Lloydminster and District Health Foundation Gala.
